Court Booking Public Court Booking Service
Booking a public squash court for Singapore squash lessons can present difficulties if you are not familiar with the online system. To help simply the process we have engaged a partner (Birch Bookings) and added this service which is integrated with your Squash Passion account. Once you have made the PayPal payment all your Squash Passion Singapore squash lessons reservations will automatically generate a court booking at your chosen location. The fee for this service is $10 per $40 of court bookings. So the $50 fee gives you $40 of court booking credits. When your credit reaches $15 you will be sent a reminder to 'top up'. Unused credits will be retained by Birch Bookings.
If you are familiar with the icanbook system and have been registered on it you will not need this service and can make court bookings yourself (remember to use Internet Explorer 8 or above).
Please note that the public court booking system is not as flexible as the Squash Passion Singapore squash lessons reservation system. If you make an update to a reservation the court booking will be lost and a new court booking will be made at the updated time/date. Of course, the court booking will also be lost if a lesson is deleted. The service is only available to Squash Passion players.
A minimum of 24hrs notice is required for any court bookings that are made (court bookings can only be made up to 2 weeks in advance). Court bookings are entirely dependent on the availability of the service to our court booking partner so cannot be guaranteed under all circumstances. However, if there is a problem, we will contact you to resolve.
